Just to add a technical note here; a penis gets shorter with more body fat. The suspensory ligament is basically what determines the length, and it's connected to the bone. So if there's more fat between the bone and the skin, the working length of the penis is that much shorter... Thickness I don't think is affected either way.

Now as to the answer for the hypothetical "if" question; I guess I'd still be be fine if I lose fat
