i have heard that short bursts of gh work best.. well you get a free one when you sleep.. kinda.. you get another one during your workout.. kinda.. so i would say a time that far from both of them.. so if you work out in the pm i would say shoot it in the am..
IMO,in the AM,one hour before breakfast.I did on shot in the AM ( 4IU ) was using Genotropin,worked well,was the strongest ive ever been,and this was pre-contest,awsome pumps!
