On right now, this guy is doing up to 20 lines of meth a day off his workbench in his garage. Started out as an alcoholic 9 year old. His mom OD on meth also. Interviewed the guys kids who start crying about their dad and his addiction. He does meth and goes out in the woods all day long to find a unique type of wood that is used for high end tables and guns, etc.
I totally think I have my shit together after watching this show, fuck.

Yes it sure can. I dont mean I look down on people in that show, I mean it as to be grateful that an addiction of that magnitude hasnt befallen me.

On right now, exhibit A for the case against strict religious upbringing. Daughter started doing drugs and alcohol at 13 and now shes a meth addict. Just admitted to humping 31 men by age 17 and got pregged.

Intervention is such a sad show. You are right it really makes you appreciate your life for sure.

That show upsets me because I came close to going down that road but I'm getting help now and I'm 100% better than I was 3 years ago but I'm still not completely cured. I'm still receiving treatment and it's like I get 90% cured and then suffer a set back. Nevertheless, I'm nowhere near as bad as I was at one time. Pain pills are my vice.
