Whats the chances of you getting it back, I mean should you take anti-e'
s as soon as you start your cycle or just wait and if you start seeing signs then take them?

What if your gyno was caused from puperty just aas made them sensitive and hurt, should you still take anti-e from start to finish.

The reason I ask is because one nipple hurts and the lump is small and is not noticeable, however, sometimes it hurts and some times it doesnt. and I have been taking nolva. My other nipple has a lump but does not hurt (neither one are noticeable) I am not sure if I should just get the surgery on each one or not.

Any suggestions would help greatly.

Bro I'm not sure on this one but I have heard that you can have a surgery where you will not get it again and then I heard the other one you can get it back without anti-e's. I'm not sure on this and haven't really looked into it but that came from somebody at the gym that had the surgery so he could be wrong. I know the Bro's on here know.....

if the whole gland is not removed it can come back.

Seriously, ever guy I know that's had it removed hasn't gotten it back. Just don't get the cut rate surgery in Mexico.

do they take anti-e when on cycle to prevent or do they not use them while on

no doc removes the entire gland except the ones that remove the entire nipple...lol

They remove the lump, not the glands so yes...it can come back.
