If you could only use ONE exercise for building your triceps, what would it be?

personally, close bench bench has never done it for me. neither has weighted dips. the only body part where a compound movement didn't feel nicer for me.

i prefer skull crushers. triceps pushdowns are easier on my elbows, but the results aren't as great.

I used to think that way about close grip but then realized I was doing them wrong. You have to keep your elbows againts your sides and lower to your sternum not your chest. Press in a straight line and not back towards your chest,head yadda yadda yadda.
 
My favorite is a standing skullcrusher and reverse grip skullcrusher. Its the same exersize onnly when ur standing I can get more reps off not worrying about it falling on my face or whatever i dont know why I get a way better work out from it
