these "one exercise" questions are IMHO pointless as you're not likely to run into a situation where you can only do one exercise for the rest of your life.
for me the key to growing triceps is hitting them first with either weighted dips or close grip bench and then following that up with whatever combination of skull crushers, cable pushdowns with varying grips, different tricep machines, jm presses, overhead db extensions, whatever you have that isolates tris. you hit them with the heavy weight compound exercises and then isolate. and always change up the combination of different exercises you use so you don't go stale.
