Well said Nelson, it does get old when there is a solid thread and it turns into a dick measuring contest via Internet tough guys.

Thanks to the EF mods and 98% informed or interested contributors. That's why I've come here on a daily basis since the first of the year.

Their attitudes don't bother me nearly as much as how relentless they are to get info they want to hear. I know the majority of them are kids, so in reality I let go over my head, but not trying to hear sound advice is unnerving to me, and being persistent until they hear what they want to hear is dangerous in my book. I do agree with Nelson about learning posting etiquette.

This is why EF is the top bodybuilding site out there. Check your attitude at the door and learn from those who have probably forgotten more about AAS and training than most will ever know. Thanks for a great post Nelson!

Here's a point for the new guys: you came here & asked us for advice, etc, not the other way around. Keep that in mind.
