If the United States were invaded, would you enlist?

If suddenly, you wake up in the morning, and find that another country has invaded in an act of war, would you go ahead and enlist, wait to be drafted, or just hope that being old enough will protect you from war?

My initial reaction says I would enlist, but it's hard to say for sure.

Maybe I would want to wait until drafted so I could spend as much time as possible with family. Would have to assume chance of being KIA would be almost 100%

Then again, I could channel my hatred of humans into war and pull an Audie Murphy and survive.
