i have been doing this for the past 9 months
day 1 - chest/tri's w/ abs and cardio
day 2 - back/bi's w/ abs and cardio
day 3 - shoulders and legs
day 4 - rest
then start over again, i dont go by the days of the week cuz i sometimes am not able to workout. anything wrong with this routine?
