If I make a big batch of protein will the protein still be good in a few days??

This is for time sake. Is it possible to make a gallon of protein mix. And leave it in the fridge or will the protein not be good? I heard that protein is very unstable.

a few days is too much, I would avoid it

I've left mine in the fridge over night and it doesnt seem to taste the same in the morning. Two days and it's 80 proof.

Anyone ever frezze it.. I was thinking about trying that and bringing to work..

you can bring the dry powder in a bag

and water/milk on the other side

and mix the 2 just before drinking it
