No anti e's now. Thats what scares me, I don't look or feel bloated at all. It's test prop, so I figured I didn't need any anti e's. Isn't there supposed to be little to no bloat? I know with eth or cyp, I'd look like a balloon by now, but with this shit, I actually look harder than ever before?
I'm going to take the plunge and do the full gram. I've always preached low dose, but I seriously have never gained like this before in my life.
With 5 weeks left to go, I wonder where will I go from here? I cut my training back even further. You would like this routine.
Monday: Chest/shoulders/triceps
Incline press 1 work set
weight dips 1 work set
seated milt 1 work set
the old as dirt mike mentzer era lat raise 1 set* (depending on how I feel)
close grip press 1 work set
wendesday:
Squats 2 work sets
glutham raise 1 work set
calf raise 4 work sets
seated calf raise 2-3 work sets
friday: chins 3 sets
bent over bb row 1 work set
deadlift 1-2 work sets
barbell curl 1 work set
I've been taking in about 500 grams of protein daily.
Slobber, any comments or input? I figured this belongs in this kind of slobberknocker thread: first time with a high dose, lots of food, heavy low volume training and great gains.... the slobberknocker way lol
