What would be the optimal usage of the compounds listed so far...Test E at so and so for so and so long....Decca at so and so for so and so long....and beast

I know the basic lengths to run them, but for absolutely optimal results what would it be

this is what i would do

test e 500mgs for 12 weeks
decca 300mgs for 10 weeks(i liek to use low dosgaes so gyno is not a fear)
1-4 beat 3caps a day/make sure u have some liver support and start taking it a week before u start ur beast
