Ideas for heavy cream.

I like heavy cream, real cheap has some fat and does the trick. I was wondering what some of you do, or incorparate it into your diet.

I was thinking for full time workers, you could make a cup of coffee, add 3-4 tablespoons of heavy cream and that would make your cup of coffe have about 20grams of fat, and 200 cals. Then you could have an egg, or some flax with it.

I whip it with equal sometimes as a treat. Maybe mix it in with some eggs, bacon, to make an ommlete type of deal.

ANy ideas.

Wow, what a great idea. Always needed good ideas for getting fat in at work. Unfortunatly, heavy cream is mostly saturated fat. Right now I'll just eat tuna with a crapload of safflower mayo mixed in. Quick and easy :)

But hey, coffee is in plentiful supply at my job. Maybe I'll try this.

Just make sure you count the carbs, heavy cream DOES have carbs, like sour cream. Around 2-4 carbs per 2 tbsp.
