Ideas about new routine

My lifting is to make me stronger for sports/running. I've been doing a full body workout 2-3 times a week since November.

I would like to do a Chest/Back and Tri/Biceps/Shoulders split 2x per week. I was thinking :

day1
Flat DB Bench Press
Incline Flyes
DB Pullover
Compound Row Machine
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown
Abs

day 2
standing tri pressdown
db tri press
seated db curls
hammer curls standing
preacher curls
military press
Abs

Is this an ok plan? What about # of reps?
