Ideal Saw Palmetto dossage

I going to start taking saw palmetto to help out the ol' prostate but I'm kind fo unsure as to what dose I should take. I'm in my 7th week running 500mg sust and 400mg deca per week. I haven't had any problems so far and don't want any developing later. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Get the standardized and use 320mg BID.
