mostly because i like calling people out and pointing out their faults and then making them feel stupid in front of millions. of course, i know the symbol means "at". but too often i see people use it in place of "about" and that irks me because i do not think it's correct. and then i wonder where people get these crazy ideas like @ = about? who teaches them that?
