Ibuprofen to increase appetite?

Caught the tail end of a report on ibuprofen that claimed it increased appetite, especialy when taken on an empty stomach. Any science to this, or just speculation?

adding ibuprofen to your current lengthy pill regimine...I wouldnt do it. Doesnt it mess with your stomach lining?

It upsets my stomach so bad that I HAVE to eat while taking it, and then I have to eat about every hour afterwards as well (I CANT let my stomach empty if taking it regularly)...I HATE ibuprofen for that reason
