Normally I'd say she has kids & is experiencing difficulties, give it time, give it away w/ your blessing/at least you know who your true friends are etc...but her buying allllll that new shit without even trying to make a small payment to you seems disrespectful IMHO. & the thing about some guy paying her mortgage or whatever makes her sound like a leech.

Ya he was her friend for a long time and when she left her husband she had no place to go so Pat her friend bought her a $400,000 dollar house with the intention she would just use it until she had her money.. He financed everybit of it and his mortgage payment is 2400.0 a month... now he has the house up for sale and wants her to move out.. she keeps the house nasty so it wont show well and never cleans up..... she went to her atty last week and he said since she was on the deed to contact the court and tell them she and he could not get along and the court would auction it off and she would get half of it... what a tool.... this guy has been her friend for years shes a coniving cunt

If her name was on the deed it already means that she has partial ownership of the property with whomever else is on that deed - doesn't matter who holds or pays the mortgage.

Maybe I'm too NY or maybe I'm just jaded but I don't know any men that would foot that bill for "just a friend" and we have a name for those sort of girls.

I had a so called female friend that was going thru a divorce last year... She kept saying she was getting a settlement etc: I could care less really however. I have loaned her over $5000.00 and she keeps stalling on her settlement date.. Now::::: I find out last week she took a 2 week trip to St. Kitts with her son and she has a new $1200.00 lap top clothes etc: I confronted her today and she said she still had not recieved her money.....Now last year she came crying to me saying her phone had been disconnected so, I had her put on my cell plan... She is past due over $200.00 and on top of that there is a $175.00 early termination fee... I swear,no one and I mean no one appreciates it when you try and help them... BTW she was just a friend... I am more that pissed about this... sorry for the rant....
