AST VP2 and Isopure Zero Carb are both pretty awesome. ISOPure comes in 3lbs 1 scoop = 32Grams of protein, AST VP2 comes in 2lbs, 1 scoop = 28 grams of protein. You get more bang for your buck for ISOPure, but I've heard real good things about the quality of AST too. Both are whey isolate.

any specific protein brand, i like allmax isoflex but its kinda pricy, any recommendations?

also creatine, what kind, mono ?

and by stimulant to you mean a pre work out sup with caffeine in it or something eles
