I actually haven't had the time to train in over 2 weeks, which im not too happy about. Its been straight work .... between the remodel at home and the moving office and setting up computers and then getting this done.. I've no time at all for my family and its really tearing me down

I got to see my kids for about 3hrs yesterday. Left work about 11:30 ish... got home and did my normal duties, laundry and such.. got to bed about 2ish and then up at 5 and back to work. I am almost done with the conversion but I have a migraine from hell and couldn't take my meds because they make me very sick... though they rid me of the pain i have to take phenegan and I can't because that makes me pass the hell out.

I don't pull this often, it was sprung on me last minute... the 3d models and drawings that took me almost 3years to complete they expected me to have converted and protected in less than two weeks. I even had feisty here last night helping me ( thank you so much feisty ) We have two other people and both them bitches headed home to rest knowing damn well that I wasn't done and couldn't get it done with out nearly spending the night here.

Both were capable of helping, which pisses me off. I am a single parent, I don't have the convience of a wife at home to cook and clean and take care of the kids.

I'm really not in a good mood... maybe its the migraine... me and the boss will have a long talk today.

well... Im still not happy. I converted over 2k files to adobe..pdf's. Low and fucking behold the guy gets here yesterday and says that the company wants the actual solidworks dwg's. For one I don't want to give my dwg's because he or anyone in the company can make changes and that is a major issue.. for TWO, I have over 6thousand models and some valves/parts/fittings are used amongst all of my assemblies so I'd have to pin point every single part... that would take forever, and I don't have forever. So I wrote all the dwg's to adobe to at least give them the working drawings, and gave them all the models. From there they can do what they desire, but couldn't modify my actual drawings. THEY didn't like that.

I didn't get a bonus, nor did I get word on my promotion/raise... I'm really not a happy camper about all of that... but I'm being very subtle in attitude. In time... In time...

She's freaking livid. People are afraid of her. It takes me 2 hrs to calm her down at night. Then she gets worked up about the coming day.

She doesn't mind it most of the time. She doesn't want to quit outright because she makes really good money. I've tried to get her to take night courses to move into a different field. I think she has the martyr syndrom a little bit, so she likes the drama, & likes to be needed. It's just their stupidity kinda overrides the job benefits.

If you don't have a degree, you ain't shit. If you're a woman, you're a little shit. There's one arrogant prick there from Turkey or somewhere. He won't do anything a woman tells him. He's a friggin project manager, & wifey tells him he needs to do this, this & this, to export something. Well he gets the thing ready to ship, tells her to do up the invoice & she asks for those things. It's like he didn't even hear her. Then he comes back days later & says why didn't you invoice *****. She says,because you didn't do ######. & he just friggin walks away. Doesn't say I'll do it. Doesn't say you do it. He got spanked though, because he missed a $350,000 shipment on a boat to Spain that only goes every coupla months.
