I was laid off from my job yesterday

I found out yesterday that my position has been eliminated starting on Tuesday. I have worked here for 6 years (mutual fund company) and I created this position four years ago. The company has decided that they can no longer provide the high level of customer service that we have in the past to our clients. I am in Denver now, but will be looking for jobs here and in Dallas. I got a 7 month severance so I have time and money. If you know of anything out there that may be helpful to me, please let me know. MP
