I was just questioned by Police about the Sniper Shootings...

They called this morning and I met them at 10am....They were very cool and let me know up front I was in no way a suspect....their reason(s) for contacting me were as follows....

1. Memorail Day I recieved a ticket for running a red light in Arlington Va.

2. I have a CDL which means I can operate large vehicles.

3. My military background which consists of Scout Sniper, Scout Sniper Instructor, SF Sniper School, Sniper Counter-Sniper School.

4. I have realitives in Manassas Va. (Which they did not know) I offered this info to them.

They were very cool, asked a few simple questions, paid for the chow and were on their way....

And NO, they did not in any way offer info on the current situation, but did ask my opinion....

They were very nice, polite, and respectful in every sense of the word....They definately have their work cut out for them...I could clearly see the weariness in each if their eyes...

I wish them the best of luck in putting an end to this fucking madman(men)........

damn thats cool but kind of scary in a way for a couple of reasons. one, they could actually charge you and convict you just to get the heat off them. and secondly, you could be the guy.

Ranger, do you think it's someone with a military background? I was having a discussion w/some friends about this yesterday. The majority said yes, I said probably not. Hell with a scope & a high powered rifle a lot of hillbillies could be pretty damn dangerouse. If you could shoot at & hit small animals why would you not be able to hit an unsuspecting human.
