I work too. I drive 200+ miles everyday. You have to prepare shit in advance. I eat at least three meals per day on the road. A lot of times while driving. Pack your meals in a cooler and eat them cold. It sucks, but it's better than being fat.
6 whole eggs for breakfast
Whey iso and anpb 2nd meal
8oz chicken and 1oz almonds for lunch
Whey iso and anpb 4th meal
8oz beef, serving of green veggies, and 1tbsp olive oil for dinner
6 whole eggs before bed
One cheat meal per week
That's the diet in a nutshell for a 200 pound man. It doesn't get any easier than that.
