WTF you have free tool here. Called the diet board get out of C&C check out the diet and training forums learn something.

I am not a fan of WW you can eat what ever you want as long as you stay with in the points means you could have big mac every day but that is all your having retarded. It doesn't teach you anything like how garbage mass produced food is for you.

The first time I had a full on sick 6 pack I was 27 your not to old you are just lazy looking for something easy.

well i have a common knowledge of shitty food too avoid. But I overeat the good food thats the prob. I guess I need to put on more muscle

Google (Since you're a non plat leach) the Palumbo Diet. Super fucking easy diet to follow that works. Add some am fasted cardio, hit the weights in the afternoon, throw in a few two week clen cycles, and you'll be ripped in four months.

that is easy. Where were you when before I signed up for this crap. Anyway, the problem with diets for me is work. I travel and can't always carry around a bucket of peanut butter and few dozen eggs.
 
I work too. I drive 200+ miles everyday. You have to prepare shit in advance. I eat at least three meals per day on the road. A lot of times while driving. Pack your meals in a cooler and eat them cold. It sucks, but it's better than being fat.

6 whole eggs for breakfast

Whey iso and anpb 2nd meal

8oz chicken and 1oz almonds for lunch

Whey iso and anpb 4th meal

8oz beef, serving of green veggies, and 1tbsp olive oil for dinner

6 whole eggs before bed

One cheat meal per week
That's the diet in a nutshell for a 200 pound man. It doesn't get any easier than that.
