I want to get thicker in the legs

Been lifting for many years now and my legs just don't grow but that could be because I haven't really invested the time in them. If i was to just train legs for a month and focus on that 100% do you think I could get them to grow? Also how often do you guys train legs and how have your results been including genetics?
 
Genetics will of course play a limiting role, however you should really make sure you are training legs at least twice a week and stay consistent. Like anything else, you cannot just train them for a month and expect good results.
 
There's no need to 'JUST' train them an thus ignore everything else. That's precisely the sort of thing that led to you being where you are now (ignoring the legs).
