I want to get BIG

all right im about 5 10 and 205 18 yrs and im not fat but im not ripped if ya know what i mean i look big and strong but im really not that strong and all of my coaches say if i just worked out i would be just huge so i want to know how can i do that or the steps i need to take like a good link or something. basicly i want to get a good body to impress the ladies and to get healthy
 
stay away from steroids and prohormones

reasearch. A lot. Read about bodybuilding and weightlifting. you need to understand that there are several factors that go into building a quality physique, not just bodybuilding, but also a proper diet, and rest.
 
Hit up a basic 4x6 or 5x5 routine. Make sure you have a heavy compound on each day such as squats, deads, bench. These will work ALL the muscles in your body and help you grow alot faster then doing all isolation exercises. Also go over to the diet forum and get some help with that. If you arent eating right you won't grow big quickly or even at all, your recovery from workouts will suck and you will just be another guy who shows up doing the same weight for years on end.

If you want to get a "good body" to impress the ladies, you're completely missing the point.
 
5'10 205 is thick and solid. If you maintained that weight and got your BF to 10%, you'd look awesome. Just lift heavy, eat lots of protein, and do cardio a couple times a week.

Very solid advice. This is what I would do if I was you.

well thanks yall for your information it has helped me open my eyes to the wide world of bodybuilding i hope soon to join the ranks of you big giant men lol i am going to start training monday just trying out some of the different plans you all have sugggested and see wich one i like the best and i will continue to use it in the hopes of getting pretty friggin ripped THANKS
