I will be doing cardio at least 4 times a week, for at least 30 minutes. I am either considering VPX's liquid Clenbutrx, which i have heard is one of the best for fat burning. Or doing a 4-5 week cycle of 1-AD, which will increase muscle mass and also help me to cut. Do you think these are good ways to help me cut besides the cardio and diet?
