I want 40lbs of muscle in 4 weeks!

I can't believe what I'm hearing...or should I say NOT hearing!!
Everyones stacks are all capable so I won't post another stack but everyone is leaving out the one most paramount factor and it's not even gear:

600+ GRAMS OF RED MEAT DIVIDED INTO 9 MEALS DAILY!!! All those chemicals are going to go down the drain w/o the protien bros!!

:chomp: :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:

you have got to be kidding me. 600 grams of protein from red meat is totally unneccessary. i am around 235-240lbs at 6-7% bodyfat and i take in 400grams of protein at the max. 200gr. from meat sources and 200 from shakes.

HEELLLOOOO!! Re-read his post and look at what he's trying to accomplish! 40 LBS in only 4 weeks!! You're average 400gm/day isn't gonna do him much good! And assuming he only weighs around 200lbs, I'm only suggesting 3gm/lb of body weight. Some authorities suggest more.
BTW....red meat is KING!!! :evilking:

I'll go ahead and take my $50K now!!

Ok think about it this way. It took Dorian 13 years to add 70lbs of tissue, and your wanting to do 40lbs in 4 weeks ?...IMPOSSIBLE.

Yeah but you're talking about "lean mass" pounds. I don't think hammer specified that he was expecting to be at 3%bf at the end of the 4 weeks.
