so it was early 70s and I remember watching this foreign film
I dont think I saw all of it,just remember watching it and sort of started to pay attention

there was a wedding and it was In Britian I think
so after the wedding there's the reception and all the family etc.

and I guess at some point the groom is asked to go to the store and get some ice cream
so he gets in his little convertible sports car and heads to the store
buys this big tub of ice cream
on the way back he comes to an intersection
and instead of continuing straight back to the reception
he turns hard left and tosses the jug of ice cream out and it lands in the intersection
and then the credits roll
