Nothing helps built up e, your body has to metabolize / excrete it. The AI affects the further aromatization of testosterone into estrogen - so the results are not immediate.

Gotcha....just a thought but judging how my body reacted to a few higher than usual doses of ldex, it doesn't sound like I was dealing with built up e correct? Just normal cycle aromatising.

Yeah I have no idea how long it takes to get rid of the E but IME when I increased my AI dosage it took close to a week to feel better. I suspect it has a lot to do with your individual biology, BF% etc.

Just an update..

By Sunday I was feeling good, libido went crazy Sunday night out of nowhere. Monday morning I took .25 of ldex, and then through today noticed very low libido again, but on the opposite side...now the estrogen is def on the high end.

Just took .5 of adex hoping by tomorrow it levels out so I can find sweet spot.

Do you guys think from loading up so much dex last week, then stopping for a few days I might now be experiencing some esteogen rebound, and maybe need to up dose slightly again and taper back down?

Stay consistent with your dosing, otherwise you'll be on a roller coaster like you are now. Take .25mg eod for a few weeks and do blood work, then adjust the dosage from there

I'm usually consistent, just last week I threw it off. I have a feeling .25 may be slightly to little for eod, I might go with either ed or .50 eod...which I guess in turn is the same
