I think I may have found the dumbest training post ever - take a look and lemme know if a dumber one exists

Yeah, the guys whose authoritatively given advice consists of a bunch of bodybuilding cliches/myths are, IMO, worse than the completely clueless newbs.

Guinness where did you even start with this guy? If he is actually listening to you, you will have saved him from countless years of misery and frustration as he was on a very very dangerous (and hilarious) path.

Edit: To the thread topic, no... a dumber one does not exist.

It could've been worse. It could've been 4x10 Smith machine.

I agree. I have no problem admitting that I'm a completely clueless newb, however, I don't run around acting like I know everything. I'm too busy learning the right way to do things from the wonderful women on EF. (and some of the guys too.)

Being a new gym member I am learning to tell the difference between the hardcore lifters, the wanna be's & the look-at-me's.

The hardcore lifters could care less who you are, what you look like or what you're wearing. They see weights & people in their way.

The wanna be's run around all puffed up, critiqueing everyones form, routine, etc. and never really seem to get around to doing any actual lifting. (They aren't employee's cuz I asked.)

The look-at-me's are always in fashion and their sole purpose in the gym is for trying to attract a male look-at-me.

I'm glad someone is helpin this kid out.

Que, you are doing very well.

As for the post, I think it's great you are helping him out, but seriously, it looks like the same exact training program most kids adhere to in the gym.
