You are very correct in your assessment of my nature. I go to great lengths (personally) to try and help my people see that they are so much more than they believe they can be. In many cases, these people have NEVER had anyone tell them that. They know that I care about them as human beings as well as my employees.

I don't candycoat reality. The more productive my employees are the more lucrative it is for the company. I make no bones about it, we are here to make money. But they all know that I am all about positive reinforcement so they can excel as individuals regardless of where life takes them.

I have SUCH a great job. I mean where else do you get the chance to make lotsa bucks AND get the opportunity to affect people in a positive fashion?

I am ALL ABOUT confronting and dealing with the negatives and emphasizing the positives.
