Never underestimate the power of a woman lying about beine raped.

I've known more than a few women that have falsely cried rape then recanted their story, then go unpuished for lying and ruining someones life.

Rape is horrible but I still think, homicide is above everything and is the ultimate crime. A rapped victim could still re-arrange her life. A dead person can't do shit anymore. Oh and btw, lots of guys come out of prison with their butt raped and they seem to do just fine lol

In the USA, rape is over-punished.

Not sure about all rapists in prison, but CHILD rapists and killers are on death row when convicted. One guy was convicted in Montana and sent to California for child rape, with the idea that others would not have known why he was there. He lived all of 2 weeks.

Im talking more black and white cases, there are plenty... too much shade of grey and possible doubt and then they do jail if found guilty. Im well aware of the lying aspect, there are a few I know who claimed that that I don't believe, in this case I know its not a lie
