I made the mistake of coming to my Dad's once with my workout clothes on.(adidas pants and matching shirt with tennis shoes on).

I usually wear jeans and work boots everywhere.. so my Dad see me and asks me why I am dressed like that. I told him I went to the gym to work out.. he says.."With weights?" I told him. "Yeah Dad.. what did you think?" and he says to me..."You look like you were at one of those fucking fag bath houses!!"

that was the last time I ever dressed like that in front of my old man. Now I work out in Levis and CATS.

Well my parents made a surprize visit to the gym this morning.... You know it is amazing no matter how old you are...sometimes your parents still make you feel like you are 16, and just got caught sneaking out of the house...

I was teaching when they showed up...My mom's first comment, in her never very quiet voice, was "OMG...look what you are wearing? Put some clothes on.."

What a long day...lol!! I need a tall glass of Captain!!
