Can not knock these kids to hard, I went to a local show back in june and thought wtf are these guys doing up there.
Then I saw a few after the show walking around , one kid had just turned 13 yrs old a few days before the contest. I could tell he liked bodybuilding alot dispite his physic he gave it all he could .I think the really young ones should wait untill they turn 18-19 to enter the shows, but I give um all respect for trying

Here is a note. I am not sure how things are down here for this show, but when I was in Atlanta if there was not more than 3 peeps in one weight class for teens or novices, they rolled everyone into one field.

And you wouldn't believe the kids that show up with regular underwear to wear on stage. They stopped them from doing that at the last show I went to.

Seriously, I think he may be auditioning for gentlemen in the crowd who want to hire him for "private photo sessions". No one sticks their ass out that far through so many poses without knowing it and having a reason to do it.
