I screwed my wrist..

I'm so angry at myself.. I was attempting a max out in Power-Clean.. The bar just fell off my shoulders, but my wrist keeps on staying behind the bar.. Well.. I think its sprained now.. It hurts when I move it, but its not swollen, red or blue.. Its nothing bad.. This wrist was broken 3 years ago.. Should I let it heal all the way before I start lifting? cause I got a competition on Monday.. and my wrist probably wont heal for a week or so.

Should I wear wrist wraps?
