I overshot the glute..did I waste my shot?

When I was a youngster a nurse was giving me a shot in the delt and she hit my bone. It felt like hitting a nerve and hurt for days.

My own shots on the two cycles I have done, never hurt once.

Message after the shot, and take a hot shower in a couple of hours and message in the shower for about 5 minutes.

Someone on the board gave me that advice, and my last cycle was the most comfortable ever.

I rotate quads for sust sticks, deca in the glutes, works great. If you miss hitting a quad, then you may want to consider getting some glasses.....lol

remember when you shoot frequently in one spot scar tissue builds and will make your injections more painful

I had the same problem that you. The solution was inject the stuff slowly (I think that disperse it better, and really function), and wait at least 5 days after of a massive injection. BTW, I don't recommend you that you inject more of 3 cc by glute side. You would use your legs also, with less cc.

What does it feel like when you hit a bone. Just curious.

if the needle doesnt break? youll feel a click and some pain. imagine hitting a cement wall.

I pray to God I never hit a nerve, from what I hear pain that is unreal!!!
