i need to put on weight while running

i play football and need to put on weight while running over the summer. i will be doing mostly sprints and plyo activities. I had wanted to do some fina but i found out it raises your body temp alot, i have done one cycle of 500mg per week of sust and was thinking about
dbol 1-4 at 40 mg ed
sust 250 eod
anavar 5-???? at 50 mg ed


i was debating on whether to switch the sust for test to put on more weight havent tried test ethenate yet but heard it works wonders. please let me know and i take criticism well so let it rip.
 
Sust is Test bro..Test is Test, that simple...the only diffrence is the esters. As for the cycle..I personally don't think the var is needed. You'd do great with just Testosterone and D-bol
D-Bol at 30mg/Day for weeks 1-5
Test at 500mg/week for weeks 1-10
Eq **optional** at 400mg/week for weeks 1-10
Anastrozole at .50mg/Day through out
Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot, Start with 300mg/Day for the first day then 100mg/Day for the next 10 days of use then 50mg/Day for the last 10 days. Eq (if you decide to include it) will increase your appetite tons while making you hard and vascular. Since your main goal is to add mass, you gotta make sure you have a good diet and get in all those cals. If you need any help at all then hit me up in a PM or e-mail and we'll go over it

I'm not sure i would add Dbol due to the pumps you will get while running,they get pretty painful i'm sure it will hinder your speed. JMO.......RADAR
 
Agree with Radar,dbol is killer if you have to do cardio. I would stick to moderate test and a higher amount of eq(maybe 600-800mg/week) maybe some deca. I'm a part time pro athlete and dbol kills my performance. Great for bodybuilding, bad for high intensity cardio like sprints, especially if you got coaches watching you, they're going to think you're badly out of shape.
 
also agreed with radar. i couldnt run at all on dbol after the first week. also, I get insane pain in my shoulders and basically it keeps me from lifting. From my first and only time with dbol, I wouldn't do it again just because I couldn't lift more than maybe 70-80% of my ability while taking the dbols.
 
dbol and running do NOT mix
 
ok so no dbol i realize sust has all 4 types of tests in it but do u think just plain ethenate would be better. the reason i added the var was to gain speed and leg strength but the eq adds alot of strength also doesnt it?

Anavar................50mg/ED...............6-13
clomid..............................................14-16
 
I am doing a lot of running and decided to use eq and winny. not sure if I should add some test just to keep androgens high.
