I am the king of cardio now!!!! Did 5 miles yesterday with a 3 min kick sprint at the end. I am the tread mills nemisis :chomp:

I'll keep with the spin theme... How about " Wheels on the Bus"? ;-)

I have a vast collection of old rock I listen too. Tesla, White Snake, Aerosmith,Zepplin,Stevie Ray Vaughn. etc.

It's all in what you like.

Van Halen - Dreams. good for climbing

Some good tracks I use are by Four Strings, Paul Oakenfold does a lot of cool remixes, DJ Tiesto, Scooter, Kraftwerk, etc. But I tend to like hard techno/dance tracks and hard rock/alternative stuff. If my riders don't like it (and they do) then too bad. I'm not one of those aerobics music people.

I also play a lot of hard rock remixes. Type "remix" into any music search engine and find some cool stuff. Linkin Park, The Killers, Modest Mouse, Green Day, etc all have tracks you can use. Classic rock: Teenage Wasteland is good to climb to, Right Now by Van Halen, Peter Gabriel In Your Eyes, Sarah McLachlan Vox remix...hope it helps!

I'm not one of those aerobics music people either.....That is why I want to know what others listen to. Funnything is I just downloaded paul Oakenfold....
