With any sort of white fish fillets (not salmon or tuna)....
.... preheat a frying pan to high heat, and add some oil (butter or margarine) also works well.
.... whisk up a few eggs and slop the fish fillet around in it until it's completely coated.... then throw the fillet into some flour, covering it completely....
.... throw it in the pan, cook until white through.
Not TOO caloric.
