Thanks. I need mega help from this point. I was at 9.7% BF in those pics BTW. I'm lower than 6 right now. I had a photoshoot Wen night and got some great pics to show you all. I'm waiting on my CD to come in right now.

LOL I didn't read the other's bio's but I know David works hard. He's a sweetheart to top it all off, not the typical full of himself model type at all.
