At your size you can eat pretty much anything you want to.
Eat stuff like this,
Pizza
All kinds of meat, red meat, poultry, fish, pork all of it bro.
PB&J sandwiches at least 2 per day.
Eggs every morning for breakfast, for you whole eggs will be fine.
Nuts, mixed nuts.
Vegetables
Lots and lots of milk.
Whole grain breads
Whole grain pastas
Some fast food but dong go crazy on it.
Cheese
Cottage cheeze
Yogurt
Brown Rice
You should be eating 5 really big meals per day. I mean till you are totally full.
Your workout should be only the basic compound lifts like this.
Squats
Dead Lifts
Bench Press
Bent over BBL row
Over head press
And maybe Chin/Pull ups.
A good workout for you would be pretty much any kind of 5x5.
For you bro less is more in your workouts. You need to put all of your energy toward growing and you dont grow in the gym.
In the gym you prime your body to grow, you do the growing part in your recovery from your workouts.
