Nice work! The 625 x 3 set was great, you worked hard for that 3rd rep great pull.

That's how my last 2 reps go up for my 5 rep sets (much less weight though), I wasn't sure if I should reset the weight, but after seeing that vid no way.


How do non plat members give more then a few k? I'll give you some for that.

What did your entire group of sets look like building up to that final lift? Warm up sets etc.
