i never take any kind of medicie really, but i'm gonna give in bc i feel like absofuckinlute shit.

i have a wickid ass headache in the back of my head by my neck that hurts like all hell, my throat kills everytime i swallow something and i cant breathe outta my nose.

whats some good shit that actually works that will knock this outta me? before i jump off a bridge somewhere
