haven't been posting for a long time.
post season begins soon for my volleyball team, hoping to advance to provincial this year (ofsaa, for those who know)
which is why i haven't been working out. good news though, all the deads/squats/cleans (in <6mo) and such have lead to a 6" running vert increase, but most importantly, an almost 10" increase in block jump (standing jump, no arm swing... volleyball block). the 10" have allowed me to stuff outside hitters like there's no tomorrow.
coming tuesday is do or die for my team, and this is my senoir year.
