well my iron brothers and sisters i'm going to roll the dice and say fuck getting surgery...at this point it cant get much worse so i'm going to try one last thing and try to rehab this on my own which will be the following.

4 units of gh daily
400 mgs delatestryl per week
400 mgs deca per week
30mg anavar ED

some chiropractic treatments

deep tissue massage

massage with a happy ending

I have read lots of good things about deep tissue therapy. I would have to say that if things do not improve withing 2 months that you get the surgery. Remember too that the Dr.'s cannot guarentee surgery results, so dont let that scare you. I would like to say I believe you should get the surgery, if you have been through all the other stuff I think its your only real cure.

When you say "deep tissue massage I assume you're referring to ART therapy correct? If not, I'd look into that. It may or may not apply in your situation but I know it's saved a ton of bros on this board from having surgery. www.activerelease.com for the nearest dr in your area.
