IM ABOUT TO GO ON A CYCLE AND THIS IS MY TRAINING RIGHT NOW
MON ,BACK
TUE,,SHOULDERS
WEN,LEGS
THURS,CHEST
FRI,ARMS
2 DAYS OFF
IM LOOKING FOR MASS .I LIKE WORKING OUT ONE BODY PART PER DAY .
CARDIO 4DAYS A WEEK
ABS 5 DAYS A WEEK
I DONT WANT TO DO 2 BODY PARTS PER WORK OUT .CAUSE WHEN IM DONE ONE BODY PART I FEEL I DONTHAVE ANOUGH FOR THE OTHER. IM LOOKING TO FINE TONE THIS WORKOUT .PLEASE IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME OUT THAT WOULD BE GREAT . THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO HELP ME .

IM LOOKING TO BUILD MASS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE SO IF THATS ANY HELP GREAT .
 
The only response i can give is during the week take a day off it helps break the monotony and helps your body heal from the first two day. I find a lot of people do mon-fri then rest on the weekend, this works for some but muscle needs time to rest when you use them constantly you minimize the rest phase of the week. Many muscle are supporting muscles, back helps in squat, bench and shoulders, ect.....
That's all i can say I got class.

Wanna fine tune things, eh? Work everything twice every eight days. Should be good to go. Remember, it's not just the work, it's the diet you lead... Eat well.

Everything will come into place.
