i need guidance

i've been working out for a couple of months now,after a while i decided to use protein shakes,amino acid and creatine so i was wondering about the dossage on a daily basis...thanx in advance =D




p.s: am not sure if this is the rite place to start this thread,mods please feel free to move it !=)

forgot to add that the creatine and amino acid are in capsules
 
The creatine is monohydrate I assume, so 10g daily.... Workout days I'd take it 5g pre-workout, 5g post. On non-workout days, you can take either 5g or 10g, just do 5g in the morning and 5g about 8-10 hours later on if you decided on 10.

As far as the aminos, it doesn't really matter...just take a few pills a day, if you're taking a few scoops of your protein powder, you'll be getting a bunch of aminos already in there...so don't kill yourself over worrying about the dosing of these.
 
^^Thanx,lol no i wasn't worrying about killing myself or anything i was just enquiring about the dossage timing..:D
 
Whey protein contains the aminos so ditch the amino caps next time and stick to whey

unless the aminos are free powdered aminos, but thats me though.
