I need a squat video

His toes are pointed out to the side. He needs to keep them pointed straight.

Not true. Keeping your toes pointed forward causes some people to have problems going deep because their theighs and stomach meet at a point above the correct deep squat.

30 degree angle is a normal and good amount.

then go with a wider stance

They were similar, but Extra_strong's had a little bit better technique. The way Future squated in the power squat video had his back angle relative to the floor decrease which causes your back to bend incorrectly which damages your back. They were both correct squats, just the back was safer in the olympic video.

Wrong.

Notice the lower bar placement on the traps in the power squat. This changes your center of gravity and causes you to lean forward more. This is NOT bad technique. Combined with a wider stance this will recruit more power from the hamstrings and glutes. Pointing your toes out is NOT a bad thing. This is a matter of comfort. As long as your knees move in the direction your toes point as you go down it's all good. This will place more stress on the lower back, however, that does not mean it forces your back to round. It requires a strong back. If you can't squat the weight like this without rounding your back then lower the weight. Lifting is NOT about the ego.

In the olympic squat the lifter squats ass to the floor. Basically until his hamstrings touch his calves. In the power squat the lifter tries to hit parallel, the point where the top of your hip joint ( where the top of the thigh meets the torso ) is parallel to the knee.
