I need a good sprints workout...

I plan on doing sprints after the New Year and I need some help with a workout. I will be doing them in the afternoon at least twice/week, probably on Monday, Friday, and pssibly Wednesday. I am not doing them to compete, only as a form of cardio to burn fat and add lean mass. Does anyone have a simple regimen for me to follow? Karma for you!!!
 
Do a search on this board on sprint training. There was a thread with a nice sprint workout about a week ago.
 
Try this

Run one lap for warmup
Stretch

run 4 100m sprints
run 2 50m sprints

try for 2 minutes in between each sprint, after a week lower the time to 90sec after another week lower the time to 1min... the week after add another 100m dash and 50m dash, do this untill you are sprinting 8x 100m and 50m x 6 by that time you should be pretty ripped
